1. Overview
Disiva invites international galleries and artists to submit applications for its curated digital exhibition program in Boston.
Selected participants will be presented on large-scale digital billboards at Tremont St & Stuart St, Boston, from October 23 to 25, 2026.
Two application categories are available:

Participation is exclusively through the official application form.
2. GALLERY APPLICATION
Curated Gallery Presentation | €190
The Gallery Application is intended for galleries and professionally structured exhibition spaces wishing to present a focused selection from their artistic program.
Each gallery may submit:

Curatorial statement
-
Up to 3 artists
-
Selected artworks
-
Website and professional information
Gallery Applications are assessed separately from Artist Applications.
Selected Galleries Receive

Up to 30 seconds of billboard presentation

Inclusion as an official Participating Gallery

Gallery Spotlight through Disiva's communication channels

The number of selected galleries will be determined according to the quality of the applications received and the available exhibition capacity.
No additional exhibition participation fee will be required from selected galleries.
3. ARTIST APPLICATION
The Artist Application is open to all living artists, without restrictions regarding age, gender, nationality, or ethnicity.
Eligible media include digital art, painting, drawing, photography, printmaking, mixed media, graphic art, digital design, and other two-dimensional works created through traditional or digital techniques.

4. ARTIST SELECTION
A total of 15 artists will be selected for the Boston exhibition program.
All selected artists will be chosen exclusively by the Curatorial Committee.
Applications will be evaluated according to:

Artistic quality

Originality
-
Contemporary artistic research
-
Conceptual coherence
-
Visual impact
-
Relevance within the international contemporary art context
-
Suitability for presentation within a large-scale public digital environment
-
Quality and coherence of the artist's professional profile
The Curatorial Committee's decisions are final.
5. SELECTED ARTISTS
Each of the 15 selected artists will receive:

A 10-second billboard presentation within the official exhibition rotation or 30-seconds for Galleies.

Inclusion in the official list of selected artists

Professional photographic documentation
-
4K video documentation
-
Inclusion in Disiva's official communication activities

Press and newsletter visibility
Selected artists will not be required to pay any additional exhibition participation fee.
6. CURATORIAL COMMITTEE
The Curatorial Committee includes:

Professional positioning
All decisions of the Curatorial Committee are final and not subject to appeal.
7. EXHIBITION PROGRAM
Selected artists and galleries will be presented on large-scale digital billboards in Boston from October 23 to 25, 2026.

Disiva covers the principal exhibition, production, communication, and documentation costs.
Any separate marketing or communication services offered by Disiva are independent from the Application and have no influence on the selection process.

8. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Technical specifications for the Boston displays, including screen dimensions, required file resolution, accepted formats, and display duration, are to be confirmed.
No adaptation to the exhibition screens is required at the application stage.

10. COPYRIGHT
Artists retain full rights to their works.
Applicants authorize Disiva to use submitted materials exclusively for purposes connected with:

Galleries are responsible for obtaining the necessary authorization to submit works on behalf of participating artists.
11. ACCEPTANCE
Submission of an Application implies full acceptance of these Rules & Regulations.
Payment of an application fee does not guarantee selection.
